PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of West Hampton Dunes on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 9:00 AM, at 906  Dune Road, West Hampton Dunes, NY to consider preliminary and final approval for a proposed subdivision of the properties located at 738 and 742 Dune Road into three (3) proposed new dwelling lots.

The Planning Board will hear all persons wishing to be heard on this matter at the above time and place. Written comments may also be submitted to the Village Clerk in advance of the hearing.
