PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Incorporated Village of West Hampton Dunes will hold public hearings and a public meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at 906 Dune Road, West Hampton Dunes, New York (virtual attendance link to be provided on Village of West Hampton Dunes website or by contacting Village of West Hampton Dunes (631) 288-6571 or [email protected]), for discussion and possible action on the following applications.

1. Building Height: A height variance for the principal structure of 1 foot where

2. Application requests pyramid relief for volume of 833.49 cubic feet (491.50
cubic feet in addition to 341.95 cubic feet variance granted in 1997).
