PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Tentative Real Property Assessment Roll for the 2026/2027 Tax Year for the Incorporated Village of West Hampton Dunes will be filed and available for public inspection on February 2, 2026, at the office of the Village Clerk, located at 914 Dune Road, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978.
The Tentative Assessment Roll may be reviewed Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., through and including Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
Homeowners seeking a review of their assessment may file a grievance on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at the Village Office located at 914 Dune Road, Westhampton Beach, NY, between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. At that time, any owner of real property, or the owner’s authorized representative, may appear to contest or grieve their 2026–2027 Real Property Assessment.
