PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of West Hampton Dunes will conduct a public hearing Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 6:00 pm, at 906 Dune Road, West Hampton Dunes, New York, to consider the adoption of a resolution amending Local Law §200-13, entitled:
“A Local Law Requiring Sand Fencing for All Oceanfront Properties.”
The purpose of the proposed amendment is to enhance coastal protection and dune preservation by requiring the installation and maintenance of sand fencing on all oceanfront properties within the Village.
At said public hearing, any interested person may appear in person and be heard concerning the proposed amendment.

Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at, or participation in, the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation
