PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the public hearing previously opened on November 14, 2025 regarding Sand Fencing, has been continued. Said public hearing will resume on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 6:00 pm, at 906 Dune Road, West Hampton Dunes, New York, to consider the adoption of the local law.

A copy of the proposed amendment is available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 914 Dune Road, West Hampton Dunes, New York, during regular business hours.
Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at, or participation in, the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation
