PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of West Hampton Dunes will conduct two public hearings which will be on July 7, 2025 at 12 pm at 906 Dune Road, West Hampton Dunes, New York.
The subject as follows:
- Proposed local law WHD 2502 amending Chapter 63 of the Code of the Village of West Hampton Dunes entitled “Code of Ethics in its entirety.
- Proposed local law WHD 2503 adopting a new Chapter 345 of the Code of the Village of West Hampton Dunes entitled “Land Use Application Deposits”.
At the said time and place, all interested persons may be heard with respect to the foregoing matters. All relevant documents may be inspected at the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 914 Dune Road, West Hampton Dunes, New York, during regular business hours.
Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at, or participation in, the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation.
