PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of West Hampton Dunes will conduct a public hearing Friday, November 14, 2025 at 6:00 pm, at 906 Dune Road, West Hampton Dunes, New York, to consider adoption of a resolution amending:
A local law amending Chapter 280 of the Code of the Village of West Hampton Dunes entitled “Exterior Construction” to include certain noise producing equipment as “exterior construction”.
At said public hearing, any interested person may appear in person and be heard concerning the proposed amendment.
A copy of the proposed amendment is available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 914 Dune Road, West Hampton Dunes, New York, during regular business hours.
Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at, or participation in, the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation
