   Variance requested:
   1.Building Height: A height variance for the principal structure of 1 foot where36 feet maximum is permitted above the base flood elevation, and the applicant proposes a height of 37 feet above the base flood elevation for a portion of the principal structure, refer to §560-11(B)(2).
   2.Application requests pyramid relief for volume of 833.49 cubic feet (491.50 cubic feet in addition to 341.95 cubic feet variance granted in 1997).
